REFUNDS

 

Should there be item concerns, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at hello@bielle.com.au

No returns or exchange for change of mind.

Store credits will be offered for items returned due to incorrect sizing, incorrect item or damages due to delivery.

Refunds are only applicable on faulty items due to manufacturer.

Returned items must not be worn, not washed, no stains and tags all intact. Store credits will be sent upon receipt of the returned item.

The cost of the return to Bielle Boutique is at the expense of the customer. It is recommended to have tracked shipping.

 

SALE ITEMS

 

All sale items are final. Items purchased during sale period sold with a discount code or automatic discount cannot be processed for a return or refund.
